Gilt Coffee Peru Laflorida *Fair-Trade

This coffee comes from the high altitude region of Chanchamayo in Perú where distinctly hard beans are grown in the shade for the specialty coffee market. The shade growing allows for the cherries to mature slowly and develop a large range of flavor notes.
