Which Monin syrups work well in coffee and lattes?
Vanilla, French vanilla, salted caramel and hazelnut are familiar coffeehouse choices. How much syrup should I use in a drink?
Start with ¼ to ½ fl oz, stir into your drink base and adjust to taste. Drink size, the strength of the coffee and your preferred sweetness all affect the amount. With the Monin 750 mL glass bottle pump, one full pump is ¼ fl oz and two full pumps are ½ fl oz. Follow the serving suggestion on the product page or your chosen recipe.
Can I use Monin syrups in iced coffee, tea and lemonade?
Yes. Stir syrup into the liquid base before adding ice for even flavor. Coffee flavors suit iced lattes and cold coffee; strawberry is a fruity option for lemonade, iced tea and soda; lavender brings a floral note to tea, lemonade and mocktails. Do the 750 mL syrup bottles come with pumps?
Pumps are sold separately. Our white Monin 750 mL glass bottle pump is designed for these glass syrup bottles and dispenses ¼ fl oz per full pump. It is not presented as compatible with plastic bottles, 1-liter bottles or sauce containers.
Is there a sugar free coffee syrup option?
Yes. Monin Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup is available in a 750 mL glass bottle. It adds creamy vanilla flavor without sugar in the syrup. The total sugar in your finished drink depends on the milk, toppings and other ingredients you use.
