Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Eldorado Coffee Roasters. We appreciate your business and are committed to delivering your order accurately and efficiently.
Shipping Locations
Eldorado Coffee Roasters currently ships within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our online store.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using reputable national carriers selected based on destination, package size, and service availability.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Free Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on qualifying retail orders of $60 or more before applicable taxes and discounts.
Certain oversized products, commercial equipment, or freight shipments may not qualify for free shipping. If additional shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed before your order is completed.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery times may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Holidays
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided and an order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit:
- Contact us as soon as possible.
- Please retain all original packaging if your shipment arrives damaged.
- We may request photographs to assist with carrier claims.
We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Commercial Equipment Shipments
Commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing equipment, water filtration systems, and other large equipment may require special shipping arrangements or freight delivery.
Additional shipping charges or delivery requirements may apply depending on the product and destination.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale coffee orders, private label projects, and commercial deliveries may follow separate shipping schedules based on customer agreements.
If you are a wholesale customer and have questions regarding delivery schedules, please contact your Eldorado representative.
Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
